We provide extensive wedding planning, management, and coordination packages and services, to address your specific needs. These services range from, Do-It-Yourself with our Wedding-In- A- Box series for those who are financailly challenged, but would still love to treasure their special moment. And, for those who'd like service and support to make their special day memorable, we offer the confidence of working with a personal Executive Event Manager, with our Boutique, Pinnacle, & Epic Luxury Wedding Packages.

Our corporate event management services range from annual holiday party to special occasion events such as a 50th year business anniversary, and more. We partner with some of the best carterers and venue locations in the New York City area to make your celebration one your employees will remember. Our specialities include sole event management to full service planning coordination, and management. Additional services can be added, please ask about our Moments to Treasure A la Cart options.

Boutique Wedding Services

Our Boutique Wedding package is for our client that has already planned their special day and they would like a professional Executive Event Manager to help them bring all the pieces together.

This package features:

An Executive Event Manager who will coordinate all the details of our wedding day, and take off all unnecessary stress.

Unlimited access to your Executive Event Manager via phone & email. And, a one hour Private Consulatation six weeks prior to wedding.

A detailed event timeline for day of wedding.

Executive Event Manager will maintain communtication and serve as a liaison between client and all contracted vendors, confirming all wedding day arrangements.

Executive Event Manager will orchestrate rehearsals and ceremony.

Manage all seating arrangements.

Coordinate all wedding reception details. (i.e. grand entrance, first dance, toasting, cake cutting, bouquet throwing, etc.)

Designation and strategic placement of all treasured personal items (i.e. cake topper & knife, flute glasses, portrait and guest book, bridal party gifts , and guest gifts).

Administering of all final payments to vendors.

Assisting Bride with all unforseen wedding situations on the day of the event.

Assisting Bride and bridal party with dressing and preparation.

Our Pinnacle Wedding Package is for our client that has and idea of what they'd like their event to consist of, and they'd like to work closely with an Executive Event Manager to see what other options are available to them.

This package features:

A Certified Executive Event Manager.

Initial meeting with your Executive Event Manager to capture your vision for your wedding day.

Seven 90 minute Private Consultation sessions with your Executive Event Manager, and unlimited access to via phone & email.

Advisement with budget allocation and monitoring.

A list of suggested professional vendors within your budget, to assist in creating your vision.

Executive Event Manager will maintain communication and serve as a liaison between client and all contracted vendors, confirming all wedding arrangements.

Detailed contract review of selected vendors.

Executive Event Manager will use your ideas and vision to create a fluid concept or theme for your wedding.

A detailed and customized monthly timeline, to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.

Design & Decor ideas and inspiration for day of the event.

Negotiation of hotel group room blocks for out-of-town guests.

A customized vendor payment calendar. To assure that all client requirements are fulfilled by vendor, and to keep client accountable.

Assisting the Groom with his duties in preparation for the wedding.

A detailed event timeline for vendors and wedding party.

Meeting with your Executive Event Manager three weeks prior to event to walk through ceremony and reception sites.

Executive Event Manager will orchestrate rehearsals and ceremony; providing guests with wedding programs.

Present flowers to wedding party and assist in affixing to groom and groomsmen.

Manage all seating arrangements.

Coordinate all reception details (i.e. grand entrance, first dance, toasting, cake cutting, bouquet, throwing, etc.)

Designation and strategic placement of all treasured personal items (i.e. cake topper & knife, flute glasses, portrait and guest book, bridal party gifts, and guest gifts).

Our Epic Luxury Wedding Package is designed for our client that would like full service and satisfication. This package gives you the peace of mind of knowing that every detail of your wedding is taken care of. You'll be provided a with a Senior Executive Event Manager, who'll provide you with the planning, coordination, and management of your wedding from start to finish.

This package features:

All of the amenities and services from the Pinnacle Wedding Package.

Fifteen 90 minute Private Consultation sessions with your personal Sr. Executive Event Manager, with unlimited acess via phone & email.

A list of suggested professional vendors (i.e. venues,caterers, musicians,etc) to asist in creating your vision. We'll also accomamdate your vendors, if you have particular ones in mind.

Your Sr. Executive Event Manager will also check availibility with selected vendors and book and attend all appointments with you.

Design and coordinate all aspects of your wedding.

Your choice of three table centerpieces from our Grand-Luxe Centerpiece Series.

Your Sr. Executive Event Planner will assist you in Designing your perfect wedding. They'll provide you with concepts and ideas regarding all interior decor for venue.

Assistance in selecting your perfect wedding invitiation, bridal party gifts, and guest wedding favors.

Your Sr. Executive Event Manager will be there from start to vision, to make your wedding day a Moment To Treasure.

Swank Services

Our Silhouette package is for our client that has a general idea of the event that they are looking to put together, but require direction regarding concept development, venue consult & booking, venue design, decor & ambiance, etc. We work with in-house event planners, and assist as much or as little as you'd like us to do.This selection allows you to incorporate your vision with our resources to make your event a sensation. You'll be provided a Sr. Executive Event Manager to assits you in coordinating the details of your function.

Our Swank package is for our client that would like the confidence of knowing that their event is being planned, coordinated and managed from start to finish.
